Every application scored
The model reads the resume and the answers to your screening questions and scores the candidate on five weighted criteria. Every score comes with reasoning, and the scoring methodology is published.

Vacancy page and applications
A public link to your vacancy that you can post anywhere. Candidates confirm their email with a code, and resumes are stored encrypted.

Shortlist and finalists
Candidates are grouped by category and score. Finalists get a side-by-side review so you know whom to interview first.

Invite or reject in one click, and the candidate gets an email. A person always makes the decision; the service only scores.

- Do I need a card for the free trial?
- No. The trial starts right after sign-up: 7 days and 10 AI screenings with no card on file. Once paid plans open in your region, you will be asked to subscribe — nothing is ever charged automatically.
- What happens to applications after the trial limit?
- Nothing is lost. Applications received over the limit are kept in your dashboard and scored as soon as your subscription is active.
- When can I pay outside Russia and Belarus?
- Card payments for your region are opening soon. Until then the service runs on trial terms and nothing is charged. The published price is $19 per month.
- How does renewal work?
- One payment covers 30 days. If you pay before the current period ends, the new days are added to what is left rather than replacing it, and you can cancel renewal from your account at any time.
- Why is there a ruble price?
- Accounts in Russia and Belarus are billed in rubles through a local payment provider at 1 290 ₽ per month. Your billing country is chosen at sign-up and can be changed in settings until your first payment.
